There comes a time in most people's life when they experience difficulties and may find it difficult to cope.

It is sometimes difficult to speak to people you already know about some problems and this is why some people choose to speak to a counsellor. A counsellor offers a non judgemental space for you to explore what is happening for you.

Counselling offers a safe place where you can explore any difficulties you are experiencing in a confidential environment to gain an understanding of your thoughts and feelings.

There are ethical guidelines around confidentiality in counselling which will be explained in more detail and you are free to ask any questions. It is really important that you can speak freely with confidence that your information will be protected.

I am trained as an Integrative therapist allowing me to use a blend of theories and techniques in a unique way to suit your specific needs.

I offer short or long term face to face counselling. This is usually weekly on an day and time we agree to. Each session is 50 minutes long. Our first session will be to assess your needs and to agree if counselling feels right for you. If we decide to continue then we will both agree to meet and work to bring about changes you want to achieve.
